We’re excited to announce that our newest short, fantastical farce “Game Brunch,” will be premiering in Horrible Imaginings Film Festival’s Campfire Tales from February 26th through 28th. And writer/director Christina will be doing a virtual Q&A.

"Affliction" Q&A Highlights & Audience Reactions

Watch the film if you haven't yet: https://www.congestedcat.com/affliction. "Affliction" screened at 10 festivals in 2020, which was bittersweet because we never got to see the film on a big screen with a live audience. But one perk of festivals going virtual this year is that many of our Q&A's were recorded. Here's a recap of some of the great discussions we had with festival moderators.

See links to the full conversations below.

Also, since Christina wasn’t writing festival recaps and sharing audience comments in them the way she normally would, here’s a collection of screenshots of audience reactions we saw throughout the film’s virtual run instead.

Christina was honored with The Black Feather Award at Blackbird Film Festival over the weekend. The award is given to a filmmaker who reflects the inclusive values Blackbird stands for and embodies the spirit of the festival. Typically, Black Feather Award winners are festival alumni who remain engaged and continue to show their support year after year.  Watch the announcement video below for some sweet words from the festival director
